1. Professional Consultancy Service Model
Envision Design Studios provides bespoke architectural, interior design, master planning, and heritage conservation consultancy. Unlike physical commodity retail, architectural consultancy constitutes custom, intellectual professional services involving specialized talent allocation, 3D computer-aided modeling, structural integration, and rigorous municipal study.
All fee agreements are structured to reflect dedicated studio human resources, site visits, and creative labor committed to each project from inception.
2. Mobilization & Inception Advance
Upon commissioning a new project, an initial mobilization retainer (typically 10% to 20% of the estimated professional fee, or as stated in the specific client agreement) is payable. This inception fee covers initial site visits, boundary and sun-path analysis, zoning research, client brief synthesis, and preliminary design allocation. The mobilization retainer is non-refundable once work has commenced or site inspection has been performed.
3. Milestone-Based Billing & Non-Refundability
Stage-Wise Settlement Standard
Architectural design proceeds in sequential milestone deliverables. Once drawings, 3D renderings, or tender documents for a completed milestone stage have been submitted to the Client or approved, the consultancy fees associated with that completed milestone are strictly non-refundable.
- Concept Stage Deliverables: Non-refundable once concept sketches, mood boards, or spatial floor options have been presented.
- Schematic & 3D Renderings Stage: Non-refundable once photorealistic renderings, material palettes, or 3D digital models have been issued.
- Working Drawings & GFC Layouts: Non-refundable once construction drawings, MEP coordinates, or detail schedules have been delivered to the site engineer or Client.
- Site Review & Inspection Fees: Fees for site inspection visits already conducted are non-refundable.
4. Project Cancellation & Termination Process
Should the Client or Envision Design Studios elect to terminate the consultancy agreement prior to full project completion:
- Notice Requirement: Either party must provide at least 14 calendar days' prior written notice via registered email to envisiondesignstudios01@gmail.com.
- Pro-Rata Settlement: Upon receipt of notice, Envision Design Studios shall calculate the exact percentage of architectural work completed within the ongoing milestone stage up to the date of notice.
- Balance Payment or Refund:
- If the fees paid by the Client exceed the pro-rata value of work performed, the unearned surplus shall be refunded to the Client within 30 banking days via electronic bank transfer.
- If the value of architectural work completed exceeds payments received, the Client shall settle the outstanding balance within 14 calendar days.
- Drawing Handover: Upon full settlement of all pending pro-rata dues, the Studio will hand over all completed drawings generated up to the date of termination, along with the limited license for execution at the designated site.
5. Invoicing, Payments & Queries
Official invoices and payment receipts are issued through the Envision StudioOS financial registry. In case of duplicate payments, technical transaction failures, or erroneous bank transfers, refunds will be processed back to the original remitter account within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt of bank statement verification.
